Comprehensive Community Action Program (CCAP) is seeking a non-clinical FCCP Supervisor to lead care coordination for families within the Family Care Community Partnership. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating wraparound services, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid and state standards.

FCCP (Family Care Community Partnership) Supervisor
Non-Clinical role. Full time, 35 hours per week.
Job summary:
Supervisors in the Family Care Community Partnership (FCCP) program are responsible for the management of care and case coordination of FCCP clients and their families. Provides comprehensive supervision in keeping with CCAP mission and values of the social work/counseling professions.
