Coinbase is seeking an Associate Manager for Internal Audit focused on Financial Crimes Compliance. This role is based in the United Kingdom (Remote) and reports to the Internal Audit Manager.

You will lead end-to-end FCC audits, mentor junior staff, and begin taking on audit leadership responsibilities. You'll bring solid FinTech or financial services experience, knowledge of global regulatory regimes, and the ability to manage engagements with minimal oversight.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in audit, financial crimes compliance, compliance testing, or risk management.
• Working knowledge of US, EU, and APAC AML and sanctions regulations.
• Ability to independently lead audit engagements and mentor team members.
• Experience applying AI tools responsibly with human oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FCC audits from planning through reporting and remediation validation.
• Manage scoping, stakeholders, data analysis, and remediation validation.
• Map processes and assess controls to identify gaps and enhancements.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand processes, risks, and controls.
• Mentor junior auditors on fieldwork and quality.
• Drive innovations in audit execution and infrastructure.
