Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced FCAW Welder for immediate hire at a metal fabrication client in Oak Creek, WI. This role includes comprehensive benefits upon hiring and offers a competitive pay starting at $26/hr DOE.

The successful candidate will interpret technical drawings, perform fabrication welding tasks, and maintain tools in safe condition. Strong attention to detail and a completion of an apprenticeship program are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in welding.
• Understanding of safety standards and proper use of PPE.
• Ability to remain active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication welding tasks to support production goals.
• Interpret blueprints and measurements to plan procedures.
• Select appropriate welding equipment based on specifications.
