Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics experience in insurance or 8+ years in another industry.
• Proven ability to Independently build models and analyses.
• Experience communicating results to business partners and driving decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing model strategy for a subset of products and maintain models.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage filing schedules.
• Prepare predictive analytics analyses and model presentations for internal/external customers.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts on best practices and techniques.
• Explain complex analytics to non-technical audiences and regulators when needed.
