Job summary

Cart.com in Longview, TX is seeking a Forklift Driver to move cases efficiently within our distribution center using powered industrial equipment. You will operate ride-behind and reach trucks, use RF scanners to track inventory, and help maintain safety and accuracy in daily fulfillment operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of forklift experience, a proven safety record, and strong communication skills to work with supervisors and teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating forklifts (e.g., turret truck, cherry picker).
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals in a warehouse or fulfillment setting.
• Proven track record of following safety procedures and reporting incidents appropriately.

The Role

A Forklift Driver, Fulfillment is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of cases within the Distribution facility using powered industrial equipment. This includes both physical handling and electronic tracking of inventory, while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Periodic exposure to heavy machinery and changing environmental conditions.
