This includes both physical handling and electronic tracking of inventory, while maintaining safety and productivity standards.**What You’ll Do:**• Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., ride-behind jack, sit-down reach truck, high-reach truck). • Move cases physically and electronically throughout the facility. • Use RF scanners to track inventory and case movement. • Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and timely incident reporting. • Meet productivity and accuracy goals consistently. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. • Assist in other departments as needed to support operational flow. • Perform other duties as assigned.**Who You Are:**• A self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively. • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. • Comfortable using basic computer systems and RF scanning technology. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and safety. • Reliable and adaptable to changing work environments.**What You’ve Done:**• 1+ year of experience operating forklifts (e.g., turret truck, cherry picker). • Demonstrated ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals in a warehouse or fulfillment setting. • Proven track record of following safety procedures and reporting incidents appropriately.**Nice to Haves:**• Current or previous forklift certification. • Experience working in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution center. • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).**Physical Demands & Working Conditions:**• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally. • Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods. • Willingness to work overtime as needed. • Periodic exposure to heavy machinery and changing environmental conditions.Cart.com is an equal opportunity employer.
