Job summary

Skyservice Business Aviation in the United States seeks a Gate Greeter to manage the entrance of arriving and departing aircraft vehicles, third party vehicles, and transportation network company arrivals. You are the first point of contact for passengers and crew and must maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, sometimes hazardous environment.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet arriving and departing aircraft vehicles and passengers at the entrance gate.
• Sign visitors in, provide directions, handle deliveries, and operate gate locks.
• Issue ramp passes and ramp driving guidelines to vehicles needing AOA access.
• Complete daily guardhouse daily checklist and vehicle lot log.
• Communicate vehicle needs to supervisor and OC for AOA access.
• Assist passengers and crew with luggage at lobby entrances (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Use radio/phone to send and receive information and coordinate with team.
