Business Jet in the Dallas area is seeking an entry-level Flight Line Ramp Agent to support safe and efficient ramp operations and customer service on the ramp. You will learn through hands-on duties that range from greeting customers to processing service orders and assisting with transportation needs.

2nd shift - 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.
The Flight Line Ramp Agent serves as the entry level position within FBO operations and serves as the foundation for both Customer Service and Line Service. This role is responsible for supporting safe and efficient ramp operations and customer service needs on the ramp to develop the core operational knowledge and skills to advance while upholding Business Jet’s high standards of serviceability and safety in all aspects.
Meet and greet customers as the first point of contact both on the ramp.
Provide basic ramp concierge services.
Take service orders from crew/passengers such fueling, catering, etc.
Supply departing aircraft with coffee, ice, requested newspaper, and catering.
Escort and assist in all transportation needs (i.e. pick up/drop off passengers).
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by the CSR/FLA Management.
Communicate customer needs to appropriate departments.
Monitor incoming/outgoing flights and movement on the ramp.
Work with Line Service Technicians and Customer Service Representatives to assist basic aircraft support and coordinate and complete customer requests.
Marshal and aid in repositioning aircraft on ramps and in hangars.
Provide baggage handling, vehicle valet, and customer shuttle services.
Aid and assist customers with arrivals, departures, and general customer service needs.
Present and maintain a clean and professional lobby, customer, and general FBO amenity areas with stocked refreshments and services for customers.
Maintain and record appropriate supply levels.
Professionally correspond with customers and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude with the ability to multitask.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
0-1 years applicable customer service work experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Daily interaction with Clients where tact and decorum are mandatory while maintaining a team effort in customer service. This position is very active and while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods
Lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and more with assistance when necessary
Work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and noise exposure
Safely operate service vehicles and ground support machinery
This position primarily works outdoors on airport ramps, hangars, and fueling areas with frequent exposure to moving aircraft, fuel systems, loud noise, varying weather conditions, and operational hazards. Strict adherence to PPE requirements and all safety procedures is mandatory.
