Qualifications

• Minimum one year supporting FBI Enterprise Vetting Center (EVC) or related personnel vetting processes.
• Experience reviewing and validating junior analysts' work.
• Experience with derogatory information assessments, background checks, or related analytical research.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead with day-to-day leadership and coordination of Research Analysts supporting FBI EVC operations.
• Review and validate the work of junior analysts for accuracy and quality of reports.
• Conduct quality reviews with emphasis on non-reportable information requests.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the Team Lead as needed.
• Support analysts with derogatory information assessments and background research.
• Coordinate workloads to meet deadlines and maintain performance standards.
