Koniag is seeking an experienced Research Analyst Team Lead to support the FBI’s Enterprise Vetting Center (EVC). The Research Analyst Team Lead will provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and quality oversight to a team of research analysts performing critical vetting and analytical activities in support of the FBI’s mission.

The position combines hands‑on research and analytical expertise with team leadership and mentorship. The Team Lead will review and validate the work of junior analysts, ensure the accuracy and completeness of research findings and reports, help resolve complex analytical issues, and promote consistent adherence to established procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
The ideal candidate is an experienced research analyst and proven team leader who can effectively manage high‑volume workloads while maintaining accuracy, quality, timeliness, and confidentiality. The Team Lead will serve as a resource for analysts, helping them navigate complex research challenges and develop the skills necessary to successfully perform their mission.
