Job summary

PwC in Fayetteville is seeking a DAT Intern to gain exposure to Assurance practices. You will support audit teams, participate in projects, and conduct research while developing your personal brand.

You will learn PwC methodologies, uphold regulatory requirements, and observe experienced auditors to build commercial awareness for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, or Information Technology.
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA is required.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam or licensure as a CISA in your state of employment.
• Typically in 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program at application

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams by conducting independent evaluations of financial reporting and decision-making processes
• Apply auditing methodologies to uphold transparency, integrity, and regulatory compliance
• Observe and learn from experienced auditors to gain PwC practices and methodologies
• Assist in developing and deploying cloud engineering solutions to enhance audit processes
• Engage in basic tasks and research to contribute to the team's success and client support

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

Salary

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
