Ford Energy in Dearborn, Michigan, is seeking a FAT Process Engineer to own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of End-of-Line (EOL) and Factory Acceptance Testing for our battery energy storage systems. You will translate validated requirements into scalable production test processes and serve as a technical contact during customer-witnessed testing events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience developing production test processes for high-voltage battery or power electronics products.
• Familiarity with automated test equipment and data acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of End-of-Line (EOL) and FAT processes.
• Translate validation requirements into scalable, repeatable production test sequences.
• Define pass/fail criteria, test sequencing, and data capture for each station.
• Support onsite audits of customers.
