Chick-fil-A Nine Mile Road is seeking candidates for our FasTrak Manager Program—a two-year commitment to develop as a restaurant leader through intensive training and hands-on operation experience.

You will learn every aspect of running the restaurant, lead shifts and teams, and have opportunities to advance into department leadership or other paths within the Chick-fil-A network. This role requires full availability, a growth mindset, and a servant leadership approach to guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Former leadership experience.
• Ability to stand 8-9 hours.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability to work 40-45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and run restaurant operations.
• Develop and coach team members using situational leadership.
• Grow the business through department leadership (front counter, drive-thru, kitchen).
• Talent acquisition, training and development.
• Collaborate with owner/operator and corporate staff on growth paths.
