Starting as a financial professional, you will recruit and develop a team, and you’ll participate in a six-month Associate Partner Training Program to prepare for management responsibilities.

Eligibility includes MBA completed within 24 months or prior management experience; preferred licenses and FINRA registrations.

Qualifications

• MBA completed within the previous 24 months.
• Prior management or business owner experience.
• Licenses/registrations preferred: Life and Health License; FINRA SIE and Series 6/7.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals.
• Lead as Associate Partner after completing the program.
• Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program.
