Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Houston to fast-track into a Store Manager role. The position targets external retail assistants/managers with at least 1 year of retail management experience and offers an hourly wage of $15.00 to $21.00 plus commission related to store performance.

You will partner with store leadership to develop staff, manage day-to-day operations, and drive sales while upholding FirstCash standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to supervise and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and execution of standards.
• Support Store Manager in coaching and supervising staff.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining loss prevention and safety protocols.
