Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Management Trainee in the United States. This role targets external retail assistant managers and store managers aiming to fast-track into a Store Management position, requiring at least 6 months of Store Management experience.

We offer pay from $19.50 to $27.00 per hour, potential commissions up to 8%, and comprehensive benefits. The position includes training, supervision responsibilities, and a chance to grow with the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months Store Management experience.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work a flexible retail schedule.
• Ability to supervise others and work with firearms certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Open/close store, count cash, and protect assets.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; monitor loans and inventory.
• Drive profitability through store financial statements and targets.
