ALDI Staten Island, NY is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn every facet of running a store—operations, staffing, merchandising, and customer service—in a fast-paced environment. The program offers hands-on leadership experience and a clear path to store ownership.

Starting wage is $39.75 per hour with year-one earnings potential of $114,500–$142,500 (salary plus bonus where applicable). Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service excellence are required.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail and management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop store personnel; communicate responsibilities and expectations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Conduct interviews and recommend candidates for advancement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
