Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn how to manage the profitable operations of a Dollar Tree store. You’ll recruit and train associates, oversee daily activities, ensure policy compliance, and implement merchandising direction from corporate headquarters to create an inviting shopping environment.

You will drive profitability, protect assets, and maintain exceptional customer service while building a positive, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking, standing, bending.
