Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites high-potential recent graduates to join the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, with paid relocation, housing allowance, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You’ll train directly with top brokers, develop your book of business, and have the opportunity to relocate nationwide as you advance.

In-office training and ongoing coaching prepare you to negotiate, close new customers, and achieve six-figure earnings potential within a few years.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics for commissions.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
