Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Albuquerque, NM. The role is hourly with a starting salary of $52,000 per year and $25/hour, with premium weekend pay of $2.00/hr.

You will learn sales, operations, finance, and customer service through structured training and mentoring. Responsibilities include developing customer solutions, managing a large vehicle fleet, generating new business, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and good time management.
• Willingness to travel within the district and to training sites.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
• DOT-regulated safety sensitive role and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts - including many of the Fortune 500.
• Manage our large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace
• Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
