Job summary

Penske is seeking an entry-level Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Indianapolis. You will apply your bachelor’s degree to run a business, solve problems for customers and learn Penske’s sales processes through hands-on training.

You’ll join a high-energy team, gain exposure to sales, operations, finance, customer service and technology, and have opportunities for advancement at hundreds of locations nationwide. Flexible schedules and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the district as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts - including many of the Fortune 500.
• Manage our large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace
• Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
