Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an entry-level Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Indianapolis.

You will leverage your bachelor’s degree to run a business, solve problems for customers, and learn Penske’s sales processes, technology, and culture through structured training and mentoring. You’ll be on a fast track to management with flexible schedules, associate incentives, and nationwide advancement opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive our Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• As this position requires driving Penske and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts.
• Manage our large inventory of world class vehicles, balancing fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
