Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• DOT regulations apply; driver qualification file and post-hiring screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage fleet inventory to balance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
