Job summary

Penske in South Bend is seeking an entry-level Sales and Operations Management Trainee who will use your bachelor’s degree to run a business and solve problems for our customers. You’ll receive training across sales processes, technology and a winning culture with mentoring to help you grow in sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts - including many of the Fortune 500.
• Manage our large inventory of world class vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
