Bish's RV invites top graduates to join an Accelerated Management Trainee Program that fast-tracks leadership in RV sales. You'll start with two weeks of foundational training at our Dealer Support Center, then relocate to a dealership to build your client base and master our proven sales process.

As you hit milestones, you'll enter the Leadership Development Program with coaching and mentorship, positioning you for advancement to Jr. Sales Manager.

Qualificações

• Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Successful completion of two sales internships.
• Participation in collegiate sales competitions.
• Demonstrated history of challenging the status quo and improving outcomes.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build your own business.
• Relentless commitment to being the best and continuously improving.
• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to relocate based on business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Begin with approximately two weeks of foundational training at the Support Center.
• Relocate to a Bish's RV dealership and master the sales process as an RV Outfitter.
• Build your own customer base and achieve unlimited earning potential.
• Think like a business owner, creating opportunities and relationships.
• Progress to Leadership Development Program with mentorship and coaching.
