Bish's RV in Meridian, Idaho, seeks ambitious recent graduates for its Accelerated Management Trainee Program. You start with two weeks of foundational training at our Dealer Support Center, then relocate to a Bish's RV dealership to master the sales process as an RV Outfitter while building your own customer base and maximizing earning potential.

You'll work toward qualification for the Leadership Development Program with milestones and mentorship, leading to a fast-track path into sales

• Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Successful completion of two sales internships.
