Powerhouse Automotive Group is hiring a Quick Lane Technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance and safety inspections, delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will support service department quick-service operations, follow dealer and manufacturer guidelines, and participate in ongoing training for skill advancement within the growing dealership group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in lube/quick service is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Willingness to follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, brakes (as qualified), fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately.
• Identify basic vehicle maintenance needs and communicate recommendations to service advisors.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership service procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Use shop equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Complete repair orders and inspection documentation accurately.
• Support overall shop workflow and assist team members as needed.
