Powerhouse Automotive Group in Central Georgia is looking for a Quick Lane Technician to perform routine maintenance and safety inspections, ensuring quick-service throughput and a positive customer experience. This role supports the service department and helps maintain high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and adherence to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous lube, quick service, or automotive maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, brakes (as qualified), fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately.
• Identify basic vehicle maintenance needs and communicate recommendations to service advisors.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership service procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Use shop equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Complete repair orders and inspection documentation accurately.
• Support overall shop workflow and assist team members as needed.
• Participate in training to develop technical skills and support advancement opportunities.
