84 Lumber is looking for a Manager Trainee to join our team. This full-time role offers hands-on training across store operations with promotion opportunities to management within 3–4 years.

No experience is required to begin your career; bring dedication and a willingness to learn, and we will help you grow through classroom, online, and hands-on training across sales, inventory, blueprint reading, and office tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and drive sales in a retail store environment.
• Oversee material flow, stock, and merchandising.
• Read blueprints and create material estimates for projects.
• Handle payroll, invoicing, and inventory using standard software.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite in daily operations.
