84 Lumber is hiring for a Manager Trainee to train for a future leadership role within our nationwide building materials retailer. The program offers hands-on learning across store operations, sales, inventory, and customer service with clear paths to management in 6–12 months based on performance.

No prior experience is required to begin your career; bring dedication and a willingness to learn, and we will support your growth and relocation as needed for advancement to a management position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred)
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
