Job summary

Crew Carwash in Wisconsin is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training to develop into a leadership role within a service-focused operation. You will model safety, deliver exceptional service, guide team members, and ensure quality for every customer.

The role emphasizes coaching, training others, and maintaining high standards across shifts (opening, mid, closing). Eligibility includes 18+ years old and either an Associate or Bachelor's degree or management experience in the service industry.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week with opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
