Responsibilities

• Influencer, media, and partnerships management: source, vet, and review opportunities and content.
• Performance marketing and analytics: build, test, and analyze campaigns across channels.
• Creative briefing and production management: develop briefs, set up projects, and track deliverables.
• Social media: manage editorial calendar, engage communities, and report performance.
• Member experience analytics: model LTV, test pricing, and report rejoin performance.
• Allurial Growth: run paid campaigns, surveys, and influencer coordination for the Romantasy subscription.
