Job summary

Bizarre in Miami is hiring for an entry-level marketing role focused on face-to-face fundraising for major nonprofits. You will receive full training, a base salary, and potential bonuses after 90 days.

The role emphasizes clear communication, relationship building in a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to advance to a Managing Director position within 12 months. Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer-service experience and are or become bilingual in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Hospitality background or strong customer-service experience preferred.
• Full training provided, no required prior experience.
• Bachelor's in marketing or business preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face fundraising on behalf of major nonprofits.
• Set up and lead face-to-face marketing presentations for nonprofit clients.
• Provide daily performance updates to team leads; weekly KPI reports to managers.
• Build and manage community and site relationships across Miami-Dade.
• Travel for networking events once every 2–3 months.
• Conduct monthly team presentations to track progress and performance.
• Stay up to date with client initiatives and campaign changes.
• Prepare local market research prior to new events.
• Suggest new revenue and outreach opportunities tailored to Miami communities.
