The Bizarre Agency in Coral Gables, FL is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing & Events Associate. This onsite, full-time role provides hands-on training while you engage customers at pop-up events and represent client brands throughout the Miami area.

You will learn face-to-face sales, brand promotion, event coordination, and professional communication. No prior sales or marketing experience is required, and a supportive team offers coaching and opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• No previous sales or marketing experience is required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or volunteering is welcome — but not required.
• Must be able to learn quickly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at pop-up events and locations
• Approach customers and initiate conversations about products and offers
• Explain product benefits, answer questions, and encourage purchases or sign-ups
• Help prepare promotional materials and set up event spaces
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Track results and share customer feedback with team leaders
• Participate in training, coaching, and campaign briefings
