Job summary

The Bizarre Agency in Miami is hiring Charity Event Representatives to join our face-to-face fundraising team at shopping centers, festivals, and community spaces. You will introduce nonprofit campaigns and encourage donations and supporter sign-ups in an active, goal-focused role.

No previous sales or fundraising experience is required. We provide hands‑on training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed and advance within the team.

Qualifications

• No previous sales or fundraising experience required.
• Hands‑on training and ongoing coaching provided.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or volunteering welcome—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up charity booths, signage, and displays.
• Confidently approach the public and start conversations.
• Explain nonprofit partners’ missions, programs, and impact.
• Encourage donations or supporter sign-ups.
• Work toward individual and team fundraising goals.
• Apply feedback to improve communication and outreach skills.
• Collaborate with the team to keep events organized and welcoming.
• Represent nonprofit partners professionally and respectfully.
