ASR Group is offering a two-year Graduate Development Program (GDP) for entry-level engineers in Chemical Engineering. Participants rotate through disciplines, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship from leaders and subject matter experts to start a career in manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering from an accredited college/university.
• 0–2 years of professional work experience (including internships/co-ops).
• Validated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences.
• Strong academic record (3.0 GPA or better).

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-discipline proficiency during the program (chemical, mechanical, controls, industrial or electrical).
• Review technical reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Energy/Water).
• Perform basic lab tests with supervision and prepare daily technical report.
• Produce SIPOC diagram for the department's operations and locations.
• Participate in and lead Continuous Improvement projects.
• General electrical troubleshooting of equipment (starters, VFDs, soft starts & breakers).
• Perform operational & cost studies.
• Handle tasks as an Area Supervisor.
