Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to deliver integrated workplace services across mail, copy, reception, hospitality and facilities for client offices. You’ll support daily operations, coordinate conference rooms, stock supplies, and ensure clean, well‑run spaces across multiple client sites.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in customer service, with the ability to lift 40 lbs and work various shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field.

• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to carry packages on a cart up to 75 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

This role ensures smooth daily operations within client office environments by providing high-quality administrative and workplace support services. The position may support multiple client sites within a defined geographic market and requires flexibility, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. This role is classified as non-exempt.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per scheduleCopy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructionsReception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional mannerHospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspects and ensures that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organizes and distributes client kitchen supplies. Maintains inventory control and order supplies as neededFloor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenanceFacilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concernsFlexibility of a weekly work schedule to cover absences and vacations. Will include potential schedule changes and work locations.Must be able to support our office in West Palm Beach approximately 25 times per year. All mileage travelled from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach will be reimbursed at the standard federal rate.Qualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED1+ years’ work experience in a customer services fieldAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to resolve issues with professionalism and tactAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseMust be able to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday including 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, and 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (40 hours per week)The Compensation range for this role is 22.00 to 25.00 USD per hour.
