Job summary

Randstad USA in Portland, OR is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and preparing inventory for shipment in a safe, clean, and efficient environment. Job Description: We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing inventory for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Shipping: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and load outgoing delivery vehicles.
• Inventory Handling: Scan items into the warehouse management system, sort products, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and stage products according to customer or distribution orders.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a tidy workspace, organize tools, and ensure safety compliance throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, or walk for long shifts.
• Basic computer or handheld scanner skills.
• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
