Randstad USA is seeking a warehouse associate / production tender in Fife, WA to support short-term mandates with flexible, weekly pay. No prior experience required; a strong work ethic and reliability are all you need to start.

You will load materials, sort inventory, perform basic quality checks, and follow supervisor directions during the mandate. The role suits students, retirees, or anyone needing extra income, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Your responsibilities

• Tending: safely load raw materials or components into simple production or assembly machines and remove finished parts.
• Sorting and counting: accurately sort materials, count stock, and prepare inventory for staging or shipment.
• General labor: assist with general warehouse labor tasks, including cleanup, organizing stock, and basic equipment movement (e.g., using hand carts).
• Quality checks: perform simple visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet basic standards.
• Follow direction: take direction effectively from on-site supervisors to complete tasks assigned for the duration of the mandate.

work hours: 10:00 AM - 03:00 PM
