Responsibilities

Execution of daily activities including receiving, handling, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
Verify inbound shipments and ensure accurate inventory scanning upon receipt of goods.
Record and report any damage found on inbound and outbound shipments.
Front facing customer service assistance greeting in a professional and friendly manner.
Conduct pull requests, process return to the seller, errors and missing information on items.
Assist with customer drop off and pick up days at the processing center.
Align with management to resolve issues and ensure efficient service.
Implement new processes and test advancements to improve internal operations.
Collaborate with departments to maximize efficiency and timeliness toward KPIs.
