Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, pack, ship, and manage inventory.
• Verify inbound shipments and scan inventory.
• Record and report damage on shipments.
• Provide front-facing customer service.
• Process returns to sellers and handle item issues.
• Assist with customer drop-off and pick-up days at processing center.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues and improve service.
• Test and implement new processes and tech enhancements.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet KPIs.
• Uphold EBTH standards and perform additional duties as needed.
