Job summary

Everything But The House (EBTH) is seeking a Pickup Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to handle processing, packaging, and delivering items to customers from our pickup area. You will pull requests, scan barcodes, stage orders, and ensure quality and safe handling of items.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long shifts, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or barcode scanners.
• High accuracy in picking and packing to reduce errors.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process orders: pull requests, scan barcodes, stage orders per quality standards.
• Perform quality checks: inspect items for damage, ensure order accuracy, process returns where needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized warehouse work areas.

• Order Processing: Pull requests, scanning barcodes, and staging orders according to quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Inspecting items for damage and ensuring accuracy in every order. Process return to seller, errors and missing information on items
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
