Everything But The House (EBTH) in Cincinnati seeks a high-energy, reliable professional to be the critical first point of contact at our processing center. You will greet delivery drivers and sellers, helping uphold our Uncommon Promise in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

This on-site role requires lifting 50+ lbs, strong organization, and teamwork as you handle high-volume intake, inventory scanning, and data entry in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Organization: Maintain extreme order and cleanliness within a fast-paced, high-volume receiving flow.
• Heavy Lifting: Perform physical intake of inventory, lifting 50+ lbs and moving shipments.
• Warehouse Conditions: Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, prioritizing safety and productivity.
• Process: Sort and inspect packages, identify saleable categories, and ensure accurate scanning.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a high-energy, reliable professional to serve as a critical first point of contact at our Cincinnati processing center. As the face of EBTH for our seller clients and delivery drivers, you will play a vital role in the Uncommon Promise by ensuring every arrival is met with professionalism and efficiency. This is a demanding, warehouse-based position where you will manage high-volume intake and maintain exceptional organization in a fast-paced environment. To succeed, you must bring sustained endurance for regular heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and the drive to operate effectively within a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting. You will be joining a passionate team dedicated to revolutionary service, requiring a dynamic individual who can pivot quickly and maintain a positive, mission-driven attitude under pressure.

Key Responsibilities (tasks You’ll Be Juggling)

• Customer-Facing: Serve as the primary, professional point of contact for all delivery drivers and drop-off clients, ensuring a reliable and welcoming experience upon their arrival
• Organization: Maintain extreme order and cleanliness within a fast-paced, high-volume receiving flow to ensure efficient inventory accounting and processing
• Heavy Lifting: Execute the physical intake of inventory by regularly lifting 50+ lbs and maneuvering bulky or awkward shipments throughout the duration of your shift
• Warehouse Conditions: Operate consistently in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with variable temperatures, prioritizing safety and productivity during strenuous tasks
• Perform manual sorting and inspection of all packages, identifying saleable categories and ensuring all shipments are accurately scanned upon receipt
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve defined Key Performance Indicators

Requirements & Qualifications (credentials We Are Seeking)

• High school diploma or GED required
• Significant physical endurance: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a non-climate-controlled environment (including extreme heat/cold)
• Heavy lifting capability: Must be able to lift and move 50+ lbs at times throughout the work day
• Strong communication skills: Ability to interact professionally with the public and internal team members
• Extreme organizational ability: Proven skill in managing physical inventory in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on business volume
• Basic computer proficiency is required for inventory scanning and data entry
