Job summary

KeyStaff, Inc. in New Braunfels, TX is seeking dependable Picker/Packer to join a busy warehouse team. You will pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, maintaining accuracy and a clean work area.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Willingness to work until all daily orders are completed.
Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Pick products according to customer orders and packing lists.
Pack items securely and accurately for shipment.
Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy.
Label packages and prepare orders for shipping.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Work extended hours and occasional Saturdays when required.
