Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Packer in Katy, TX to support daily operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork to keep orders moving.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, warehouse experience, and the ability to operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and related equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Handles boxing, crating, and protecting server racks for shipment.
• Works in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring strong physical capability and consistent attention to detail.
• Ensures packaged products are ready for transport without damage and aligned with customer requirements.
• Perform packaging, staging and organizing of packaged goods.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and carts.
• Use of Tools (torque drill, screwdriver, cellophane wrap applicator etc)
• Use of computer for material transfers via SAP
• Coordinate with shipping for completed packaging handoff.
