Job summary

Holley Performance in New Braunfels, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution team. You will pick, pack, label, and stage orders while verifying quantities and product condition against order details.

You’ll use handheld scanners and inventory systems to log activities, assist with unloading and organizing stock, and support cycle counts. A strong attention to detail and dependable attendance are essential for daily success.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, inventory or shipping preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume fulfillment environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners, computers or inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to count and verify products accurately.
• Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time for shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, systems and processes.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify product numbers, quantities and condition against order information.
• Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to record warehouse activities.
• Assist with unloading, sorting and putting away incoming products.
• Replenish picking locations and maintain organized inventory storage areas.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Identify and report damaged, missing or incorrect products.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely after training.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Work with team to meet daily fulfillment and customer-service goals.
• Follow all procedures, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
