H-E-B is seeking a Distribution Partner II to join our Houston-area warehouse team. This fast-paced role involves selecting orders, stocking, and operating a forklift while learning multiple product areas across the distribution network.

You will contribute to on-time trailer releases, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Selects cases of products and organizes them on pallets for shipping.
• Prioritizes accuracy and quality in work assignments.
• Operates forklift and other equipment per SOPs to prevent damage.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment and adheres to safety guidelines.
• Supports other Partners by sharing knowledge of processes and systems.
• Assists in loading/unloading and stock replenishment as needed.
• Works across automated and manual systems to ensure timely trailer releases.
