Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a physically demanding job is a plus.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math and reading/writing skills required.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Team-based collaboration with ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to learn and use H-E-B in-house systems.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Selects cases of products and organizes them on pallets for shipment.
• Prioritizes accuracy and quality in work assignments.
• Performs tasks safely per SOPs and addresses safety issues.
• Assists other Partners with shared knowledge and processes.
• Completes assignments timely to support on-time trailer release.
• Ensures work meets productivity goals for self and team.
• Operates equipment safely and maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Inducts product in the automated system and verifies product details.
• Unloads trailers and verifies product against purchase orders.
