Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a warehouse associate to unload, pick, sort, and load merchandise in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include receiving pallets, using RF scanners and Voice Pick Technology, and maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

The position offers an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, weekday work with potential overtime. Comprehensive benefits, healthcare, 401(k), and opportunities for growth are provided by Owens & Minor.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of a variety of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc.)
• Prior experience working in a warehouse/distribution center a plus
• Warehouse/Operations certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Receiving pallets and verifying quantities with RF equipment/Voice Pick Technology; document variances.
• LUM Picking: select items via Voice Pick RF and place into totes on conveyor.
• Sortation: prepare area and move cartons to pallets or carts as directed.
• Loading: ensure proper loading of totes/pallets onto trucks using RF scanner and pallet jack.
• General duties: follow procedures, maintain safety, conduct inventories, and meet productivity standards.
