Job summary

Owens & Minor is hiring for a Distribution Teammate to perform warehouse tasks, unload and process inbound shipments, and ensure accurate picks and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment, maintain safety standards, and operate RF/Voice Pick technology with attention to detail. Full‑time shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing)
• Experience in warehouse/distribution center is a plus
• Warehouse/Operations certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and process inbound shipments.
• Perform bin replenishment and move product within the distribution center.
• Accurately pick, pack, sort, and load outbound products per customer specs.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and timely completion of warehouse tasks.
• Operate RF scanner/Voice Pick Technology and use pallet jack as needed.
